Episode #021: The Attributes: 25 Hidden Drivers of Optimal Performance

It happens often enough that underdog students accomplish exceptional achievements while highly skilled, motivated employees fail to meet expectations.’

Do you have what it takes to succeed in any situation?

Our friend and member of The Talent War Group, Rich Diviney, released his first book, “The Attributes: 25 Hidden Drivers of Optimal Performance”. Rich spent over 20 years as a U.S. Navy SEAL Officer and he also had the opportunity to run the Selection, Training, and Human Performance Department at one of the most specialized Navy SEAL Commands.

In this book, he dives deep into how some people perform well in any environment, especially during times of stress, challenge, and uncertainty. This year, with the social distress and the COVID pandemic, we were all thrown into uncertainty- and few of us had any skills to apply right off the bat.
In this session, we will discuss those attributes, and more!
