Challenge
Our Executive Search team was sought out by one of the top law practices in South Florida to help build and expand their C-Suite. The main objective was to find a Chief Operating Officer who could effectively implement their EOS model and enable the founder to concentrate on being the visionary.


Solution
Through our 4-phased Executive Search process, we created a success profile and found the ideal candidate who possesses leadership skills and the ability to implement strategies that align with the Founder’s vision for the company’s continued expansion.

Results
In just three weeks, we narrowed down the pool of candidates to the top four who best fit the success profile.
The candidate selected has seamlessly transitioned into the organization and begun leading as the COO. This is in part due to our 365 Overwatch Phase where our executive coaches partner with the candidate to help ensure a smooth transition for the client and candidate.

Sustainment
Through the fourth phase of our Executive Search process, our Overwatch Phase, we ensured the client was satisfied with the placed candidate, and that they were a culture fit.
We also ensured our candidate was comfortable and satisfied with their new role, assimiliating into the environment and driving the team to success.
